I received a phone call this morning from a family I have been helping out in the Lakewood area. They are still going through tough times. I just found out their electric was shut off this morning and he can't afford to turn it back on. Since the kids have no lights, how do they do their homework? How do they cook? How can they listen to worship songs? My heart is heavy because through some recent donations we were able to provide clothes for the kids and help with the security deposit for the new apartment. He reached out to me this morning not asking for money but for prayer. He knows God will provide. So I'm asking today if you could pray for this family. Pray for family unity in tough times, financial success, strength and for God to show them mercy. After I write this blog, I will call him and pray with him and encourage him through Christ.
And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
I will give them a heart to know that I am the Lord, and they shall be my people and I will be their God, for they shall return to me with their whole heart.
God softens our hearts everyday for many different reasons. Sometimes for forgiveness, sometimes for love, sometimes to give, and also to receive.
Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
This is the man I am speaking of. He lives and works for his children. He is a Christian but his children are not yet following Christ. We pray for that everyday. His wife left him to defend on his own and take care of the kids. He has a tough job about of him. But he realized that through Christ all things are possible.
I got this tattoo yesterday as a constant reminder that I do not live any longer as the man I used to be. Christ lives IN me. That the life I know live if for Jesus who loves me and died on the cross for my sins, for you sins, for all who believes!
My 501c3 Charitable Organization will be operational by the end of this week. It is called "Time for Action"!
This was inspired by the book of ACTS 20:35!
Have a blessed day everyone. Call on me if you need anything!

Acts 20:35
In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
My mission is simple: It is now to to take action. To go and spread the word. To help other in need through the blessing of giving, they will be lead to Christ! Shouldn't this be everyone's mission?
At Christmas time around the tree with your kids or your family, do you get more joy watching other open the gifts you picked out for them or receiving those gifts. It's nice to receive, but so much better to give. And if you can give for the Kingdom of God, then both parties will be truly blessed! AMEN?
SONG OF THE DAY: Give me Faith by Elevation Worship
BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY: Matthew 5:42
Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you. Have a blessed day everyone. Call on me if you need anything!
